It’s important to know where your loved one is when they are in our care.

We are aware that a number of larger businesses have centralised industrial type storage facilities. This goes completely against everything that we as a business stand for. We have full mortuary facilities at each of our offices and when we collect someone from their home or from the hospital, they are taken directly to your preferred office and that is where they will remain until the day of the funeral.

We made the decision not to use individual fridges like you might see on television programmes but instead, we have whole refrigerated rooms where we can easily perform our daily checks and keep a close eye on the people in our care.
